To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食過一次添好運之後,朋友又突然再說上次食得太少份量,決定成班朋友再食多一次.今次點了叉燒酥,說是最好食的皇牌點心.一食之下,真的很酥脆,而且叉燒和酥皮相當配搭.香脆柔軟又易入口.相當惹味。蝦餃,大大粒,仲要好大隻的蝦餃.可說是我的最愛點心。煎蘿蔔糕,略為煎得有點焦,食下去有點失色.燒賣,都是大粒又飽滿,咬下去不但爽口,而且用料十足,很有傳統的味道。今次品嚐了好幾款的點心,雖然是大眾化的點心,但食下去卻令我有一番懷念的味道,真希望下次光顧依然保持此水準。
