多年前吃過好燒式,是日晚飯時間經過,想不到吃什麼就決定進去用餐。串燒種類很多,難得的是澱粉類竟然有意粉,同行友人最愛吃意粉,果斷地叫了一份!吃串燒少不免要飲料!蒜蓉燒茄子原條茄子開邊燒,入口濕潤,蒜蓉很香,每條茄子肉盡是蒜油的香氣。點了燒豬頸肉、白鱔、羊肉、雞軟骨等串燒,白鱔皮燒得乾爽香脆,魚肉彈牙肥美,羊肉入口不羶,肉嫩不柴。香煎鵝肝配紅酒汁一份兩件,性價比很高!鵝肝一cm厚,外脆內軟,油香而不膩。黑松露野菌雞肉意粉黑松露味很香,野菌份量很多,很有咬口,份量偏大,如想吃更多串燒建議兩人以上share!
