To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次同我細妹來食過,覺得d嘢都好好味,今次啱好有機會就帶埋個friend來試下,呢度環境都係一如既往嘅麻麻地,人多店細,好窄係一定嘅喇,不過都可以坐落飲下茶嘅。蝦餃係我最鐘意嘅點心之一,無論去邊度飲茶都會叫,我自己就覺得呢度嘅蝦餃比唔倒蘭芳園嘅咯,因為我覺得佢嘅皮好厚咯,蝦仁好大顆好新鮮,味道好正,就係卑塊皮大煞風景。鳳爪好好味吖,唔係蒸到好霖嗰种,骨都係有番咁硬下,啱曬我d鐘意吮骨嘅人喇。黃沙豬潤腸,我對豬潤嘅愛真係無得講喇,平時自己都成日會買豬潤來食,呢度嘅豬潤腸真係無得彈吖,好嫩滑,皮又韌韌地,真係好食。桂花糕好睇又好食,凍凍地好啱依家嘅天氣食吖。
