To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大坑真係有好多好食既小店. 今次Vi黎呢頭搵食, 睇中左呢間肉骨皇, 位置比較入, 但見到野食好似幾吸引同埋價錢唔貴, 所以試下~野食選擇有好多, 最後Vi點左肉骨茶(細), 馬拉盞炒蘿蔔糕, 咖啡骨, 咖哩魚頭同焗咖挪吐司配雪糕~黎肉骨皇梗係要叫番肉骨茶la XDXD 肉骨茶成煲上, o係你面前煮滾先飲, 睇到都暖粒粒, 肉骨皇色澤好濃, 有好多料, 有肉排, 杞子, 豆卜, 金菇等材料, 飲落肉味好濃, 仲有杞子同藥材既香味, 飲左好暖胃好舒服, 味道幾好飲, 細煲都唔小, 2個人share岩岩好~之後係Vi好中意食既蘿蔔糕, 呢度用左馬拉盞炒, 味道好香口, 蘿蔔糕表面脆脆地, 不過裡面就有d實, 蘿蔔少左d, 但味道依然唔錯~再黎係呢個好特別既咖啡骨, 其實好似京都骨咁但係醬汁係好濃既咖啡味, 食落好特別, 估唔到咖啡都可以同肉混埋, 2者都幾夾~主菜叫左個又係幾特別既咖哩魚頭, 咖哩就食得多, 咖哩魚頭都係第一次食, 上枱果刻比呢個巨型魚頭嚇一嚇真係好大好大個魚頭呀!!! 咖哩汁好香濃, 唔太辣但咖哩味幾香, 而魚頭因為真係好大, 所以都有幾多魚肉, 魚肉幾嫩滑, 好味, 而

真係好大好大個魚頭呀!!! 咖哩汁好香濃, 唔太辣但咖哩味幾香, 而魚頭因為真係好大, 所以都有幾多魚肉, 魚肉幾嫩滑, 好味, 而咖哩亦配左酥餅, 酥餅上枱時仲係熱既, 幾鬆化, 點埋咖哩汁好好味, 不過就太細塊, 唔係好夠~

 食完咁多款野其實都飽飽地, 但Vi本身係比呢度既一款甜品吸引而黎既, 所以一定要食埋佢XD 就係呢個焗咖挪吐司配雪糕, 呢個甜品需時30分鐘, 雖然等左好耐但係值得既!!

 成大磚咖挪吐司一上枱已經香噴噴, 打開裡面見到有好多咖挪醬, 多士食落好鬆脆, 有牛油既咸香, 加埋甜甜地既咖挪醬, 好正呀
 旁邊亦配左香芋雪糕, 配埋食無咁滯, 咖挪醬夠哂多, 食到尾都仲有, 多士真係好大個, 2個食飽既人食得有點吃力, 不過咁大個$55真係幾抵, 同埋最重要係好味
