好多泰國菜館都叫小曼谷,呢間特別多人捧場,每次經過都見到有人嚮門口等位。串燒除有豬/牛/雞肉外,還有很多選擇的。隨便order了幾串試下,確實燒得幾好--外面有少少焦香,裡面則剛剛熟透。食既時候點些少泰式沙爹醬會惹味好多好多。酥炸雞全翼有陣陣乾蒜香,落籃前已斬件,所以能方便進食。如果有手套供應會更好。泰式鉄板豬頸肉炒通菜,用的是幼身那種,色澤翠綠,食落好嫩。淨係聽個名,唔會知小曼谷炒飯有乜材料。我會用鮮蝦泰式蛋包飯去形容,簡單得黎好貼切。涼粉冰係合時消暑飲品,好冰涼,棷汁味亦好重,好好飲!
