多謝朋友安排食呢餐復活節午餐,簡簡單單三度菜:片皮鴨、脆鱔、鴛鴦炒米粉,頭兩款均需要預訂,三款都水準都非常高。大廚表示他們的片皮鴨選用米鴨,size較細而肉質較嫩,片出來一半淨皮另一半皮連肉,各適其適。值得一提是除了傳統的配料:青瓜條、京蔥絲、甜醬外,師傅特別條配的立美配料更勝一籌,包括菠蘿條、柚子肉及蕎頭,配上秘製辣醬,好吃,同片皮鴨很夾。脆鱔也不錯,鱔肉厚而彈牙,鱔皮真的造得很脆,外面好像很少吃得到。鴛鴦炒米粉其實就是雪菜肉絲炆米的進化版,除了雪菜肉絲,另外加入了魚肉,而米粉外亦混入粉絲,口感和味道都唔錯,估唔到米粉同粉絲都幾夾,唯一缺點是雪菜味唔夠香,但整體都好食。
