To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經係十多年的熟客，平均一個月都會幫襯一兩次的，以前有扒房，係我最❤️，但自從去年五月關閉後，很有失落感...The Cafe 的dinner buffet 很豐盛，但晚上已經不能吃太多今天星期日，吃最享負盛名的brunch , $705 ，11:00-2:30 , 滿懷期待...食品種類不算太多，但全部貴價，品質有保證，吃幾件鵝肝便可歸本..但美味鵝肝每次都給人攞哂，要走5趟才有得食，雖然，超級美味，好juicy, 好香😡😡牡丹蝦刺身，鮮甜美味，但取了一次便沒有refill了，追問下，今天quota 已經完了！😡😡西班牙火腿，不停切都俾人攞清光了，最愛的無花果，沒有再refill 了😡😡為什麼refill 咁慢，人手不足？ 貨源小？香檳也要催促才refill 😡😡收碟也很慢，可能人手不足重要係兒童遊樂場，小孩四圍走，嘩叫聲此起彼落情況好似3-4星级酒店的lunch buffet ，非常失望呀不會再去了
