To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日假日沒有約人，暗暗沉沉的氣令人惰性盡顯，既不想親自下廚，亦不想到外走走，便到近近的大家樂，隨隨選一個餐，醫飽肚就可以了。大家樂的水準大家都很清楚吧，所以選得大家樂進食，便很自然不會抱任何期望。不知這個高湯菜飯系列是新出的，抑或是太久沒有來大家樂呢~ 菜牌的圖顯示得相當吸引，所以便選這個系列試試。便隨便點了一份醇香酥排高湯菜飯配熱飲的套餐($46)。物價不斷上升，這個價位都算是現時的合適了。醇香酥排有數件，一開盒的時候，有一陣很油膩的氣味傳出黎。而蔥蒜也不少。肉質很硬，不易咀嚼，而且味道過咸。失望。☹️菜飯雖然有點油，飯的表面都有些反光，但尚可接受。
