To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我地揀左間米芝蓮推介既飯館,係正太子最當眼位置,地鐵站一出基本上都見到佢勁大個招牌!去到餐廳樓下有好多人等緊位,提提大家要提早book位先得,唔係有排等! 我地因為做節,嗌左幾個餸,包括米芝蓮燒肉、雞煲翅、豬腳仔、乳鴿,仲有木耳淮山。 🐷燒肉外皮夠脆,肉質嫩滑多汁。另外配左兩款醬燒烤味、芥末味,可以自由選擇。🐷豬腳仔偏淋身,味道都唔錯。🐥雞煲翅既雞超級嫩滑,魚翅又多,果湯底好濃。🐥乳鴿肉質肥美,味道好濃撈飯好正,可惜果皮唔夠脆。🥬木耳炒准山用左脆口的淮山,口感勁爽又健康。
