近排天氣轉涼,又係時候四圍滾,家陣有間好介紹,眾所周知,有米芝蓮光環加持,基本上已是質素的保證,要得到青睞已難,更何況是一間以火鍋聞名的食肆!位於灣仔的美味廚,火鍋湯底已經有驚喜。脆脆椰香三杯雞湯,好有台式風味,表層的麵包糠令人以為係大件疏乎厘,加上椰青及椰奶,質地濃稠,當煮返滾時,表面慢慢漲起,裂縫中洩出水蒸氣,好似微型火山爆發一樣,賣相相當震撼。海鮮類即劏龍蝦想食得矜貴,當然要食爽甜的龍蝦,就算當刺身食,一樣無問題,因為新鮮已勝過一切。另一款係加拿大蟶子,啖啖都係肉,最開心係洗得好乾淨,毫無砂粒,放入湯灼幾下食得,好鮮甜又彈牙。海麻蝦又係火鍋常客,一隻隻用竹籤插住,仲要預先去掉蝦頭,食用時更加方便。最後是本地九孔鮑魚,大廚細心地把鮑魚去除內臟之餘,更加𐝹花,令鮑魚易熟,以免灼得太耐而肉質變韌。肉類牛肉先來手切雪花牛頸脊,肉味濃郁,滾十零秒就食得,太耐肉質會變韌。日本鹿兒島A4肉眼和牛雪花分佈平均,有若大理石紋,有種入口即化的感覺。豚肉日本鹿兒島黑豚肉眼肉質鬆軟,有嚼口,而且好香肉味,不錯。丸類店方的名物,除了湯底,丸類都是其中之一。三杯雞肉丸台式三杯雞的進化版,而且無骨好啱我。沙茶
