To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 終於齊人去食全羊宴,原來價錢比Yan之前貴了差不多20%。再問問經理,他說之前的$398對店方來說實在有壓力,新年伊始快速加價。原來除了羊外,還有牛、海鮮等,來到東來順當然是首選羊,而牛也是一個不錯的選擇,如果食海鮮就不需來這裡。我們一行四人羊、牛每款各一份,可以試多款選擇,可能全牛宴套餐,有和牛關係,價錢比羊宴貴。落了單後,侍應們很快速的把各式醬油擺放好,當中以麻醬最受大家喜愛,麻香極濃;之後放上鍋子,我們是清雞湯及麻辣的鴛鴦湯底,打開蓋後陣陣花椒麻香湧上來,辣麻相間十分突出。雖然是清雞湯,下了不少大蔥,真有京城風味。先說充滿大漠風味的羊宴有什麼品種菜式,冷盤是水晶羊肉,羊膏與羊肉比例大約2:8,前者的所佔位置較少,沒有爽如冰皮口感,只有啖啖肉。羊肉拼盆主要有羊肉胚、羊腰窩、羊肉卷、杜泊羊肉四款,對於我勁愛羊羶香的,未感到羊肉羶香充斥,勝在肉質嫩滑、鬆化。其餘的手打羊肉丸及羊肉餃羶香更勝,汁味更豐富。羊肉饀餅-餅皮帶點實,不夠鬆軟,缺乏肉汁。京蔥羊肉湯拉麵-我較欣賞那甘香濃郁的羊湯,喝後立即暖胃。至於全牛宴雖比羊宴貴,總體來說牛比較出色,是貴得有道理。冷盤是紅燒牛塊,柔軟肉腍又不失彈

至於全牛宴雖比羊宴貴,總體來說牛比較出色,是貴得有道理。

冷盤是紅燒牛塊,柔軟肉腍又不失彈性。

本地肥牛、和牛脷、手打牛肉丸、雪花肥牛、黑毛肚、牛骨髓、牛肉餃等火鍋材料。和牛脷真是一絕,不用太用力咀嚼,已經很軟化,就算只是舌頭部份,也有馥郁,真不捨得吞下去。本地及雪花肥牛,不用點無可醬料,入口時也散發本身的天然香味。

牛肉窩貼-熱騰騰外,還煎得十分香脆,咬開時牛肉汁四散。

炸菜牛柳手擀麵就不及羊肉麵好,

其餘鴛鴦豆腐、菜、粉絲及蘿蔔等兩者皆有,凍豆腐放在麻辣湯後,吸盡湯的精華;蘿蔔清白沒有根。

火鍋材料吃到七七八八後,還有剩餘的湯底,為免浪費,要了經理推介的蕃茄手擀麵。茄紅的麵身,由於我是用辣麻湯底,感覺蕃茄味不重。麵身很有勁度,就算浸泡良久,也保持彈性,真係無改錯名。

五星酒店服務當然是頂級,由頭到尾每款也介紹一番,只是我心聽書,把經理的介紹已忘得一乾二淨了。

同意惡男意見,無論價錢及服務,現在較以前平民化得多。
