松葉蟹肉野菜沙律,啖啖蟹肉~好滿足,沙律汁帶酸好開胃,而且都幾大碟,抵食。然後一人叫左個飯,男胖子食海鮮海膽炒飯,炒得好香好乾爽,如果有多啲海膽會更好!我就食炙燒平目魚邊三文魚籽丼,好多丼飯都食過,唯獨呢個係毫不吝嗇成碗都係平目魚,即係左口魚邊,超好味,燒過嘅平目魚通常都好油,放喺壽司上會油膩啲,但放喺碗丼飯上可以話係絕配,魚油香慢慢滲落啲飯入面,帶少少咸味,個平目魚邊本身都好新鮮,再加埋啲三文魚籽更加豐富,大推呢個丼飯!此外個飯仲跟個鯛魚湯,呈奶白色,魚味濃而不腥,讚!最後我地叫多個100g 嘅石燒牛小排,放喺熱石上慢慢煎熟,肉質鮮嫩,每切一下都好大煙咁吱吱喳喳聲,好有鐵板燒嘅感覺。入口牛味好香,略有嚼頭!
