剛剛過完農曆新年,大部份店舖已經開始營業,即刻和家人到漁釧食日本菜,很喜歡到這裏食飯因為這類食物款式多,食物又新鮮餐牌上每一款食物都好想食香芒大蝦卷😋份量亦不小,大蝦炸得脆卜卜,蝦肉新鮮爽口,芒果酸酸甜甜非常開胃,再夾埋一齊食味道都幾特別,幾清新。海蝦雜錦天婦羅👍👍👍炸漿酥脆之餘不油膩,雖然是炸物,但仍然食得出鮮蝦甜味,肉質彈牙,配埋特色醬料味道有多個層次。金茹牛肉卷😋牛肉入口有即溶感覺,牛肉味濃郁,配金菇一齊食簡直絕配,醬汁亦冇得輸。特盛醬油濃雞白湯拉麵醬油雞湯是我最愛,麵條煙韌度適中,叉燒肥瘦比例恰當,不會感到油膩,每啖湯都能食出濃濃的味道。韓醬八爪魚粒😋這個前菜一入口已經好好味,每粒八爪魚及青瓜都新鮮無比,韓醬又惹味,好食又健康。👍

份量亦不小,大蝦炸得脆卜卜,蝦肉新鮮爽口,芒果酸酸甜甜非常開胃,再夾埋一齊食味道都幾特別,幾清新。

炸漿酥脆之餘不油膩,雖然是炸物,但仍然食得出鮮蝦甜味,肉質彈牙,配埋特色醬料味道有多個層次。
金茹牛肉卷😋
牛肉入口有即溶感覺,牛肉味濃郁,配金菇一齊食簡直絕配,醬汁亦冇得輸。
特盛醬油濃雞白湯拉麵
醬油雞湯是我最愛,麵條煙韌度適中,叉燒肥瘦比例恰當,不會感到油膩,每啖湯都能食出濃濃的味道。
韓醬八爪魚粒😋
這個前菜一入口已經好好味,每粒八爪魚及青瓜都新鮮無比,韓醬又惹味,好食又健康。👍

農曆新年到了,這幾天都躲在家裏,直至今天才與家人出外逛逛,順道到深水埗V Walk的漁釧吃晚餐🍣🍱🍜這間餐廳環境很別緻,餐廳內以木質為主調,牆頂有很多燈籠作裝飾,容入日式元素。餐牌上圖文並茂,十分清晰,食物種類繁多,有一品料理、壽司🍣、魚生🐟、天麩羅🍤、串燒、拉麵🍜及沙律🥗等。韓醬八瓜魚粒🐙味道清淡爽口。牛油炒露筍野菌🍄材料有:筍、鮮冬菇、金菇等,熱騰騰上枱,滿口鮮菇味,非常清新。特盛醬油濃雞白湯拉麵🍜,豚肉肉質不太肥膩之餘非常淋,湯濃,蛋香夠滑,好味😋。還有海鮮海膽炒飯,材料有:八瓜魚、蝦🦐、蟹柳絲及海膽,將它撈勻吃,滿是香味好食😋。最後吃這個鐵板牛油焗帶子,不油膩,帶子入口熱辣辣又有陣陣蒜🧄香味,十分惹味。

一黎到V walk地下,就會見到有間裝潢典雅嘅日本餐廳,除左門面嘅大燈籠外,入面嘅擺設都好有特色,用上唔同嘅木簾分隔開唔同嘅卡位,感覺就好似入左個包箱入面,私穩度立時提高唔少。咁今次我地黎到主要就食左壽司同刺身,見店家其實都因住天氣有推介火鍋同蟹粥等合時菜色,不過因為怕眼闊肚窄,都唔敢叫太多。先講刺身先,4款刺身都係厚切,有jumbo嘅size,而且入口都覺得相當肥美新鮮,比坊間嘅刺身靚上唔少,一食便知龍與鳳。至於壽司呢,最岀色嘅一定係魚子壽司,味道鮮甜,粒粒飽滿。加上呢d用嘅紫菜乾身,唔會好似岀面食個d咁多水份,望到起曬皺紋咁。另外,都叫左天婦羅烏冬,天婦羅品質都相當好。外皮脆口但唔會過硬,茄子做到非常岀色,大大舊,撕開一半,見到氤氳繚繞,令人食指大動!總的來說,高質日本餐廳,係市區,又係黃店,唔係唔黎啊麻?

今晚我先到深水埗買揮春,然後和老公到南昌站V Walk 一逛!見到這家漁釧,人頭湧湧,實在勾起我這股壽司癮!先來點了一大盤壽司拼盤,讓我最深刻的壽司確實有幾款,所以也重複點了,呵呵。自選壽司平目魚邊咁有口感,而且充滿魚油香!自家製玉子燒壽司有點不同,看得出是「自家製」,沒有機器的死實實感,反而有人手製那種層次口感。黃金軟殼蟹想不到這到軟殼蟹深得我心,原來鹹蛋和軟殼蟹是這麼的相配,配上紫菜後,減去蟹的油膩感,可謂是必點!特盛醬油濃雞白湯拉麵麵條口感煙銀,配上厚切的豬肉片、加上雞肉濃湯,很對味!而且醃過的雞蛋咬下時,真是驚喜! 很入味呢,配上麵條,確實一絕。難怪這店一直人頭湧湧,確實有道理。記起好姊妹就住在南昌站附近,下次必然要和她來試一試。

麵條口感煙銀,配上厚切的豬肉片、加上雞肉濃湯,很對味!而且醃過的雞蛋咬下時,真是驚喜! 很入味呢,配上麵條,確實一絕。

難怪這店一直人頭湧湧,確實有道理。記起好姊妹就住在南昌站附近,下次必然要和她來試一試。

今日同鍾意食日菜嘅友人去食下依間居酒屋。晚市時段餐廳差唔多滿座,睇落唔錯。Menu 圖文並茂,睇圖就容易d揀到食咩。首先我地點咗個美人鍋($188),本身想叫個博多華味鳥美人鍋,不過最後都係平平地食個普通版算。湯底好清甜,忍唔住飲多幾啖。雞唔算太入味,清清地都幾好。配菜方面,有小棠菜、娃娃菜、豆腐、冬菇同金針菇等,全部吸收哂湯味,所以好好食。因為友人鍾意食鰻魚,所以我地點咗餐廳都推薦嘅鰻魚柳川鍋($98)。鍋size唔大,但鰻魚彈牙實肉。入面仲有牛蒡絲滑蛋入味嫩滑見到menu個圖咁吸引,忍唔住叫咗幾款燒海鮮。有帆立貝、鮑魚同大蜆。有專人幫你燒埋。佢應該淨係落好少調味,比你食到個鮮味。最後食埋個黃金軟殼蟹。鹹蛋同軟殼蟹簡直係絕配,包埋紫菜食好滿足
