麻辣雞腎球($48),將雞腎切出條紋,辣汁可以滲入,辣汁惹果,佐酒佳品。花枝釀皮蛋($68),味道其實不錯,但花枝太少太薄,被皮蛋味道搶過,如可加多點墨魚滑,味道更佳。胡椒豬肚湯($68),足料夠味。脆皮炸大腸($68),食過好多次,今次比平時差太遠,完全無肥膏,又薄又少,食左兩片,真係覺得好過份,同店員講,佢都同意,補返小小比我地。但都係味道普通,以前係真係長長一條,炸到脆脆的,還有肥膏的香(如菜譜),現在已面目全非。招牌頭抽雞($288),我不肯定係唔係用頭抽,但我肯肯定係好好食,肉嫩,味香,皮也沒有多餘肥膏,連皮也十分吸引,令人回味。除了豬腸令人失望,其他都合格有餘。
