To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這日又來到太子的華星冰室食個quick lunch。原來華星的對面現在新開了另外2間冰室,裝修看來都頗特別。不過我這日還是較想吃華星的炒蛋,所以一於留待改天才再去這些新冰室吧。 午市的華星坐滿了客人,要搭枱是預期之內。店內打理得算很整潔,店員服務有效率之餘亦有禮貌,讓客人相對在澳牛食得較自在,少份壓逼感。我選了常餐($36),有牛油多士,炒蛋,火腿,叉燒通粉和餐茶。落單後幾分鐘內,食物一一送上。先說牛油多士,厚切的麵包烤得外脆內仍軟,時間控制剛好,真是好吃呢。而另一主角炒蛋,炒得十分嫩滑,讓我吃得好開心。而火腿,其實是可有可無的配角吧。叉燒通粉的叉燒是浸在湯裡的。叉燒肉質雖然瘦,但食起來不會太乾。我喜歡這通粉煮得帶點點偏硬,因為一向很怕吃到煮得軟淋林的通粉。餐茶熱鴛鴦一送到已經能聞到咖啡香。熱辣辣,飲落很順滑,咖啡味較重,帶點點茶香,充電效果不錯。
