同事睇左網上一啲介紹,咁6個人訂左呢間慶祝食飯。同酒樓講預每人HKD1500價錢,埋單HKD9000,咁睇左Menu見到有三頭鮑魚,有翅,有出名既肉蟹,仲有其他菜,講明全包宴。咁果下都覺得個價Ok 合理既,而去到酒樓都有包廂,但食第一道菜慢慢都覺得心知不妙。兩碟前菜似汽炸鍋炸出黎,雞軟骨普普通通,南瓜件用鹹蛋黃炸既都尚算可以,但南瓜係無甜味。鹵水鵝 鵝肉切片上睇落得半隻,,鵝肉正正常常,但無乜驚喜,而啲鵝腸 腎果啲作為伴碟,亦都難得見到鵝肝,但成碟最好食係啲鹵水豆腐翅令到餐飯值番少少票價,雞湯底,但無金華火腿,雞肉。有花膠 翅睇落都足兩,成餐飯算係最好食,清而不腥,有用火助熱住唔會咁快變腥去到鮑魚,講起就把幾火,本身預呢個價錢係吉品鮑,點知唔係。三頭鮑個芡好鹹完全蓋住左個鮑魚味,但鮑魚都極度失望,同檯4個人都覺得係罐頭鮑魚,個芡都係罐頭汁兌出黎,同經理反映就話係澳洲急凍鮑發左一段時間再整出黎,咁好啦,我地全檯無聲出,都唔知駁啲咩好肉蟹的確係好食 個新加坡黑椒醬夠辣夠香都幾夾肉蟹,而且肉蟹都夠多肉夠哂料到。抵讚!但當中都有小插曲,6個人本身間酒樓預一隻肉蟹,食水非常深,我地同酒樓反映會唔

肉蟹的確係好食 個新加坡黑椒醬夠辣夠香都幾夾肉蟹,而且肉蟹都夠多肉夠哂料到。抵讚!

西瓜燴蚌就胡椒味好重,雞湯底,一般 唔值得推薦


椰皇燉奶, 有椰香,正正常常


食完成餐飯,個個都食到一肚氣,呢個價錢唔係呢啲質素或者出入差咁多,
仲要話成本價好貴 我地外行人唔知,酒樓其實賺唔到幾多,Ok直接黑名單
