屋企人睇KOL d片見賣相5錯又大力推介有幾好食,即管去試下。1. 間茶樓開係新蒲崗工業大廈旁,一去到個商業中心,間茶樓冇正常門口,要係d暗門入,餐廳個職員叫我地搭第2部lift 上去經後門入,個感覺都5太好,未試過d餐廳茶樓係甘。2.入到去環境似平時茶樓,一行5人坐低,只有母親節餐牌叫,有套餐有散叫小菜,甘明既母親節。Kol 和個經理都推介個胡椒蟹,個餐牌寫胡椒大肉蟹,甘叫一份試下。平時食肉蟹一食就知係咪肉蟹,肉多蟹鉗容易爆開。 黎到係變左5知咩蟹,一問個經理話係菲律賓水蟹跟住就走左去。食落完全冇咩肉,重要d殼用鉗爆極都爆5開,個菲律賓蟹盛為1千蚊,真係火都黎。3. 龍蝦伊麵算係幾好食,但每人得一舊和少過半碗仔伊麵,盛為$550。4.其他餸有乳豬(十舊)盛為$240, 咕嚕肉盛為$170,時蔬盛為$100.味道食落普通過5普通,可以講普通燒味鋪同二餸飯都好食過佢。最後,每人有碗紅豆沙送。只是飲茶和水冇再叫其他野連5人加一total$2400。人均成480,呢個價錢完全有被呃既感覺,最重要係母親都覺得味道好一般,食得5太高興 continue reading

臨近母親節的時候去吃的一行五人晚飯時段,剩係得一張紙的小菜選擇沒有其他餐牌臨近節日貴啲都明嘅如果可以多啲選擇會開心啲侍應Sell食餐嗰啲都明嘅再問佢有沒有其他選擇?跟住攞咗張細紙仔俾我哋睇其實呢個4-6人餐對比上嚟都幾抵有胡椒蟹有酸菜魚但屋企人唔啱食所以沒有揀最後選擇了散叫咕嚕肉水煮牛燒雞東星班小炒王埋單都食了這個餐的價錢食食吓聽到有個人同嗰個服務員講’我六個人,你叫我食一圍??‘十分搞笑食物普通普通酒樓水平沒有驚艷 continue reading

福晉薈The location is interesting - tucked away inside a commercial building at San Po Kong. An inconspicuous spot that one would not pay much attention to but for friend’s referrals. Interior is akin to a 屋邨茶樓。No-frills and unpretentious. Food-wise, fair execution. Particularly memorable items for me were the 金箔欖角一字骨 and 拔絲咕嚕黑豚肉, both of which were perfectly cooked with a nice crispy exterior. The preordered 星洲胡椒炒肉蟹 was very meaty and pretty pungent. Those who are into spicy food said it was finger-licking good.Overall, nice venue for family gatherings. continue reading

同事睇左網上一啲介紹,咁6個人訂左呢間慶祝食飯。同酒樓講預每人HKD1500價錢,埋單HKD9000,咁睇左Menu見到有三頭鮑魚,有翅,有出名既肉蟹,仲有其他菜,講明全包宴。咁果下都覺得個價Ok 合理既,而去到酒樓都有包廂,但食第一道菜慢慢都覺得心知不妙。兩碟前菜似汽炸鍋炸出黎,雞軟骨普普通通,南瓜件用鹹蛋黃炸既都尚算可以,但南瓜係無甜味。鹵水鵝 鵝肉切片上睇落得半隻,,鵝肉正正常常,但無乜驚喜,而啲鵝腸 腎果啲作為伴碟,亦都難得見到鵝肝,但成碟最好食係啲鹵水豆腐翅令到餐飯值番少少票價,雞湯底,但無金華火腿,雞肉。有花膠 翅睇落都足兩,成餐飯算係最好食,清而不腥,有用火助熱住唔會咁快變腥去到鮑魚,講起就把幾火,本身預呢個價錢係吉品鮑,點知唔係。三頭鮑個芡好鹹完全蓋住左個鮑魚味,但鮑魚都極度失望,同檯4個人都覺得係罐頭鮑魚,個芡都係罐頭汁兌出黎,同經理反映就話係澳洲急凍鮑發左一段時間再整出黎,咁好啦,我地全檯無聲出,都唔知駁啲咩好肉蟹的確係好食 個新加坡黑椒醬夠辣夠香都幾夾肉蟹,而且肉蟹都夠多肉夠哂料到。抵讚!但當中都有小插曲,6個人本身間酒樓預一隻肉蟹,食水非常深,我地同酒樓反映會唔會太少,先話加多隻,唔係就唔夠分西瓜燴蚌就胡椒味好重,雞湯底,一般 唔值得推薦椰皇燉奶, 有椰香,正正常常食完成餐飯,個個都食到一肚氣,呢個價錢唔係呢啲質素或者出入差咁多,仲要話成本價好貴 我地外行人唔知,酒樓其實賺唔到幾多,Ok直接黑名單 continue reading

食物上,全部特色菜都係只得顏值,味道上較平均水準低,。呢餐入面,最好食嘅係牛柏葉同蝦腸,請以街坊酒樓標準作比較便可。雞仔鳳梨酥:打咭可以,味道甜得過份黑色鹹水角:標準味道蛋煎糯米夾:某大型外賣包點連鎖店的糯米雞仲好食紅油抄手:睇圖便可招呼上,無招呼可言,爆場時得一個樓面,坐淨3成枱時有4個樓面,替老闆感到欣慰得8碟野都可以落漏單,要客開聲加返,零歉意仲要嗰個職員只係坐定定喺收銀此點係奉勸各位check單,免得浪費時間 continue reading
