大坑,同鬧市旺區銅鑼灣只係一區之隔,氣氛卻係截然不同,係一個遠離煩囂、有情調嘅區域,好食又無咩人識嘅餐廳林立。呢一晚我哋就去到華倫街嘅《Warren》享受一餐浪漫又好食嘅法國餐💕質素高、有心做好嘅小店,值得更多人嘅認識及支持😊Baked scallop with black truffle cheese sauce ($218)芝士黑松露焗帶子兩個帶子放喺熱石上,一嚟可以保溫,二嚟賣相好靚。帶子厚身,味道鮮甜👅帶子與芝士及黑松露同焗,芝士燒熔咗做到拉絲效果,芝士味同黑松露味都十分香濃。底下仲有啲洋蔥,彷彿飲緊芝士洋蔥湯咁,忍唔住飲晒所有湯汁👅Pan seared foie gras with fig and apple jam ($168)香煎鴨肝配無花果、蘋果醬鴨肝煎得香氣四溢,大小適中,唔會食到好漏好濟。入口即溶,油脂喺口中「浪下浪下」,滲出甘香嘅味道。無花果同埋蘋果醬都可以平衡油膩邪惡既感覺😈底下同側邊各有一塊多士,入口香脆,無因為吸收咗鴨肝嘅油份而變得軟腍👍主菜叫咗兩款:Roasted N. 燒紐西蘭羊架配玉米餅、迷迭香燒汁
擺碟用心,見到都開胃😍
羊架燒得啱啱好,香口入味而且無羶味;肉質有咬口,但又唔會太韌👍
左右伴上用玉米整成嘅玉米餅,好似話整法都唔易架。食落脆口,不過有啲易碎。

香煎石斑魚配番茄汁燴菜、燒薯仔、西椒汁
石斑煎得魚皮香脆,肉質結實又嫩滑🤩
下邊配上數片燒薯仔、南瓜碎、茄子碎,增加飽足感。

法國菜一向俾人印象都係「的骰」、「精緻」,呢到嘅菜式的確精緻,但又真係食得飽喎。
又靚又好味,有姿勢有實際,值得一試👍
