To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假期到大坑，除了附近一帶的CAFÉ外，還可以試試這間馬來西亞菜餐廳。有不少網絡紅人也介紹過的。海鮮喇沙 - $128濃厚的蝦香湯頭呈黃色，面層有橙黃的辣油，散發出陣陣香甜椰醬，帶微微辣勁。海鮮材料豐富，特別是兩隻海蝦，大得來又鮮味彈牙，勁易去殼；兩隻青口和蜆肉啖啖肉有海水味；還有三片切片的魚片頭好軟腍；麵底可選油麵或米粉，又或者兩者都有的摻摻，米粉不易腍斷，油麵滑而煙韌。無骨海南雞飯 - $120無骨的海南雞盡是啖啖肉，油亮的雞皮好軟滑，內藏著一層雞汁，雪白的肉身好甜美多汁，微黃的雞油飯充滿油香，配黑醬油及酸辣汁。
