外地回港的朋友臨離開香港時請我們去三聖村的南記海食鮮店,她們盛讚燒鵝做得好好,且要提前預留,walk in客有機會向隅。咁誇張、一於去試試先。6人先行去海鮮街,買左約$1400(有瀨尿蝦、奄仔蟹、幾斤重斑,價錢算可以)食材。拿去南記加工,連半隻鵝、一碟菜、一碟飯,一千蚊有收算好實惠。坐店内、空調足、一點不覺自己在光顧冬菇亭食肆,冷氣夠,裝潢如一般的小菜館。味道方面算不過不失,燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,味調得不錯,不太咸,做招牌菜都頗適合。至於海鮮加工方面避風塘龍蝦及鹽焗蟹做得頗到家,味道、火工掌握得不錯,其他就只是不過不失。:獨獨碟油鹽水北寄貝同蝴蝶蚌就差些許,唔夠味及過了火,肉韌了點,可惜。
