鮨文搬左去黃埔之後真係近左好多所以今次就黎試下當下時令既日本料理一開始先品嚐前菜昆布 加入左甜醋好開胃師傅採用既岩鹽 外型好可愛茶碗蒸超鮮味 三文魚子粒粒都脆卜卜第一道菜係橘獅魚 味道似油甘魚 不過感覺冇咁油同埋比較清甜櫻煮八爪魚經過三日既慢煮 非常考功夫!煮成粉紅色 顏色好似櫻花口感好爽好彈牙 而且好入味鹽燒鱈魚 油香都幾重魚肉好嫩滑 入口即溶秋刀魚配以辣蘿蔔蓉同日本薑蓉微微辣 辟走左腥味食到秋刀本身既鮮甜味道鱈魚白子係個人唔係太好既一道不過的確係時令 好新鮮赤身刺身鮮味十足 油脂份量適中今次仲大膽加入左黃芥辣感覺真係好唔同鮪魚面頰真係第一次食 好特別!食落去口感好爽口   清酒煮鮑魚 大分縣既鮑魚食落好爽口 味道濃郁師傅再比左少量江户赤醋飯我地沾鮑魚肝食簡直係成隻鮑魚既精華 味道真係好香濃!鰻魚汁瀨尿蝦相當甘甜而且比較少食到 好特別生北寄貝 鮮嫩無比係日本食過之後一試難忘今次又可以再食到真係好幸福當然有香港人最鐘意既鮭魚啦不過其他魚真係比較突出其他壽司仲有堪八、白海老、池魚、梭子魚等等每一款都好鮮好正 令人回味無窮有d魚係之前唔認識 所以話每次omakase都係學習既機會最後有海膽

最後有海膽壽司 分別有家保雲丹同丸一雲丹
味道口感明顯有分別 可以試哂兩款
成個口都充斥住海洋既味道
真係太滿足喇!
