To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同上次16貫壽司set唔同,呢款lunch set有四款當造刺身、七件壽司、迷你雲丹盛、梅子素麵、手卷,價錢貴少少.由淡至濃,頭兩款刺身都以清新酸甜為主;鱆紅魚肉質爽口及魚味偏淡,微微燒過表面後再灑上柚子鹽,清爽開胃;北海道岩蠔肉質厚實creamy,配上酸汁啫喱更能突出蠔既鮮味.七貫壽司有比目魚、吞拿魚中腩、白蝦、石門貝、鯖魚、穴子、三文魚子,保持一貫水準;當中最吸睛既雲丹盛,海膽份量比得一啲都唔吝嗇,赤海膽香滑甘醇,味道鮮甜,食多見膩仲可以配上紫菜 continue reading

雖然唔係試過好多間omakase,不過今次黎鮨文真係刮目相看!無論係食物質素,師傅手藝定係服務都一流👍🏻 黎到嘅lunch set 都有好多選擇,今次叫左個有sushi 又有海膽杯嘅🥰 ($880 pp)首先食左個蒸蛋暖下胃,蒸蛋好滑,面頭鋪滿白飯魚,係一個好開始👍🏻去到sashimi 部份,一共有4款1️⃣平靜魚,表皮輕輕燒過,加埋柚子皮好香!2️⃣輕煮八爪魚,聽師傅講製作工序非常煩複,要用3日時間慢住同埋調味,食落口好軟熟,未試過食八爪魚有咁嘅口感🐙 3️⃣因為我唔食生洋蔥,所以就無緣食黎個吉列帆立貝配他他醬😂只好以螢光魷魚代替!食到頭部爆漿嘅口感幾意想不到🤩加埋士多啤梨醬更加好食,冇諗過味道咁夾🍓4️⃣鯛魚白子,終於試到白子係咩味😂 食落口感都幾得意,偏向creamy,加埋柚子醋同埋一味粉味道更清新!之後就係sushi 部份啦,有7款1️⃣石門鯛,佢嘅油脂比較多但係食落都仲有咬口,唔會油得黎又入口即溶!2️⃣活赤背,見到師傅係咁「達」佢落台,然後見到赤貝縮埋真係好治癒😂 原來咁樣做可以令赤貝食落更加爽口😳3️⃣吞拿魚中腩,食落口唔會覺得太過油膩,好鍾意佢冇筋嘅口感4️⃣三文魚子,望落晶瑩剔透,食落唔會好鹹,非常鮮甜5️⃣靖魚,碳燒過食落香口,油份逼曬出黎,食落好滑6️⃣富山牡丹蝦,真係好大隻,睇住師傅處理佢覺得好勁🤩一拆條尾就連埋條腸拉出黎🤣 面頭加左用蝦熬製嘅豉油,真係一絲不苟🦐7️⃣海鰻,黎個係海鰻bb 得100g🤣所以食落非常creamy,唔會有骨!茶壺海鮮湯,係用蒸嘅方法整,好清甜,加埋幾滴青檸,味道更加新鮮!黎到我最期待嘅一部分🤩係雲丹盛ahhh,雖然佢話係迷你海膽杯,但係馬糞海膽嘅份量一d 都唔吝嗇!海膽鮮甜,面頭仲有甜蝦,成個配搭真係冇得彈🥰手卷就係右口魚加赤貝裙邊,右口魚望落好多油,但係食落都唔算好膩,加埋赤貝裙邊有d 爽口嘅口感,成件事好balance!最後就係甜品,可以揀芝士或者紅豆,兩款都好食,芝士味加埋底下嘅餅碎食落好似cheesecake,紅豆味道就清新d,冇咁膩,不過個人都係鍾意邪惡嘅芝士🤭😂整體黎講,正係好好嘅omakase 體驗!極力推介大家去食👍🏻一定會encore🥰 continue reading

First of all, as a restaurant serving Omakase with a lot of positive reviews, I expected this restaurant to be professional, polite and serving excellent food. However the whole dining experience  was disappointed .We ordered the 12 pieces sushi lunch set and we were arranged to sit in a private room with four other strangers. The other four were obviously  regular customers and the servers kept talking to them. It was only the beginning of the nightmares. The four people kept talking loudly the whole time and the restaurant never tried to intervene. The manager even joined them and talked about playing poker and entering mahjong hall and kept the conversation going on. I guess the two group of us had different expectations on the restaurant. We preferred a quiet environment to enjoy the food. Ironically, we were forced to listen to all the chit chat by the other group of people.You may say it was not fault of the restaurant and we did not complain during the dining regarding their loud noise. (Therefore I still put OK for the restaurant not a sad face.) However given their “VIP” status, why don’t the restaurant just offered them a private room with a chef specially serving them and they can talk whatever they want?Talking about the food, the uni, shrimp and salmon roe sushi were delicious, the chef did put effort trying to introduce the food but the people on the other side just kept talking and we couldn’t listen to the chef clearly.  The food overall did not amaze me given the high price charged. The food was also served slowly and the interval between sushi was too long. The whole meal ended like half an hour later than the scheduled.Also, I requested some birthday celebration for my family and the restaurant replied they can put a candle on one of the dishes served but they forgot it at the end. It was a minor thing though as the food served was not suitable to accommodate a candle anyway. I guess the restaurant should just rejected me at the first place.It was nice to try Omakase but for this restaurant I don’t think I will go there again.    If you plan to go there, I hope you wont encounter the same group of regular customers just like me! 成日聽人講有錢就可以任性,其實冇錢既時候任性一下都係一個令自己繼續努力既動力。今次食得有啲多,食左幾錢就唔講啦,但係冇錢都任性既一日。白魚茶碗蒸 - 蛋的質地滑溜,加上有淡淡海潮味道的白魚,已經是一個簡單就是美的組合真鯛 – 魚肉軟嫩,魚味鮮甜帆立貝 – 手撕開後製成壽司,上碟前拍一下,看著貝肉快速的收縮,新鮮極了,配上岩鹽,鮮味無窮青利魷魚+柚子胡椒 – 有咬口得來又愈咬愈有味道,有趣有趣大溝貝 – 季節食材,口感大約介乎於生北寄貝和象拔蚌中間,也是很鮮甜的葉血引+酒糟鹽 – 即是赤血引,濃郁的魚肉味道加上那一點酒糟鹽帶來的粘性和咸味,好吃好吃深海池魚 – 做了網燒,一貫的好吃甜蝦 – 配上蝦豉油,也是一貫的出色油坊主+西京味噌 – 口感有點像銀鱈魚BB,油脂豐富,配上微甜的西京味噌,令油脂感平衡了一點梭子魚 – 火炙後再配上白蘿蔔蓉平衡油脂,樸實得好食和歌山串本養殖中拖羅 – 有肉味,有油脂,平衡又出色的選擇網燒生鯖 – 魚肉柔軟,魚脂充足,還有濃濃魚肉的味道,大愛和歌山串本養殖赤身醬油漬 – 經醬油醃漬後的魚肉更嫩滑柔軟,咀嚼中一直釋放出濃濃的風味,好吃好吃海鰻 – 醬汁不是十分杰身,沒那麼的膩,煮海鰻的汁也十分易入口,帶點甜,而且魚肉煮得恰度好處,好吃家保 馬糞海膽 – 鮮甜,Creamy,餘韻挺有趣的三文魚子 – 一貫的出色,新鮮,求醃漬配方右口魚邊手卷(忘了拍照) – 放棄經營自己腹肌的油脂感,滿足白蝦 – 鮮甜,新鮮,綿密的口感,不太多機會能吃到呢和歌山串本養殖吞拿魚蓉+安岡蔥 - 綿密的魚肉配上點蔥又是一個經典又出色的組合微微燒螢光魷魚串+一味粉 – 三個形容詞『鮮甜,爆膏,好惹味喎』赤貝 – 還好還好,爽口彈牙,有甜味,但可能不算太大隻,所以味道不算濃郁川村 亂排海膽 – 也是鮮甜,Creamy,但餘韻較短一點,也是好吃的和歌山串本養殖吞拿魚中落 – 油脂不多,但有濃郁的魚味,第一次發現的驚喜鮫鰈裙邊 – 油脂感極重得來,火炙後的表面帶有一點蒸魚那種熟魚肉一絲絲的感覺,但一咀嚼後就和豐富的油脂混合,豐盈到不得了的味感,好吃!柚子雪葩 - 就是清新的味道 continue reading
