To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大埔翠怡花園這一帶,食肆愈開愈多而且種類繁多,要找間好吃兼性價比高的餐廳一點也不難,久而久之,這家開得比較耐的「首爾」已經有一段時間沒來了~今天寶寶心血來潮,竟然說想吃韓式紫菜卷,所以我們就來了😆 這家餐廳應是韓國人開的,因為廚師們在廚房聊天的時候說的都是韓語🤣,而且同場也有兩台韓國人正在用餐🤓。我們今天點了:韓式炒年糕加炸餃($45+$8 )、傳統紫菜卷( $42)、韓式炒粉絲( $45 )。韓式炒粉絲配料非常豐富,有紅蘿蔔絲、青蔥、洋蔥、黑木耳、芝蔴、牛肉,令賣相相當吸引,當然不只是賣相吸引,味道也很不錯,更值得一讚的是這個炒粉絲一點也不油膩👍🏻。這炒年糕的味道很像我在韓國旅行時吃的地道炒年糕,吃到辣味但不至於辣得要瘋狂喝水。魚片及年糕也很入味,年糕口感煙韌,但炸餃略嫌太細粒。紫菜卷配料也很多,有雞蛋、青瓜、蟹柳、豬肉、紅蘿蔔和黃蘿蔔,口感非常豐富,紫菜卷上面的芝麻令紫菜卷入口時添了幾分芝麻香😋。簡簡單單又享受了一頓既平凡又美味的午餐了!

這炒年糕的味道很像我在韓國旅行時吃的地道炒年糕,吃到辣味但不至於辣得要瘋狂喝水。魚片及年糕也很入味,年糕口感煙韌,但炸餃略嫌太細粒。
