去台灣多次旅行,但通常到係周街食,好少話專誠去食台灣菜,今次係香港就和三五知己走咗去尖沙咀食正式台灣菜。飯店裝修雖不算豪華,但勝在清雅簡潔,原來座落這一區已經營一段頗長時間。除茶芥每位($16),價錢十分大衆化。見menu 推介秘製麻油鷄湯,心稔會唔會太油腻,但又想試一試味道,咁就叫住半隻($198)試吓先。一大窩麻油鷄湯,入口絕不肥腻,味道有點像廣東的黄酒燉鷄湯,滋補去怯風,鷄湯味極濃。虎皮尖椒($88),很多時都可以在港式酒家食得到,但唔理佢係台式或港式,虎皮尖椒都係我至愛之一,台式的烹調就用豆豉醬作調味料,味道比較濃郁。擔仔新竹米粉($25)是台式料理必食之選,幼幼的新竹米粉,撈入擔仔免治瘦肉,烹調簡單,但唔食就真係損失。初初唔明白乜叫炒a菜($75),原來即係炒油蜜菜,我既格言係食飯一定要有菜,而菜一定要夠新鮮,我絕對是無菜不歡之人。食完就叫番個飯後甜品,叫了即撞豆腐花($88),點解叫即撞,真係唔明解,但豆腐花用一個小木桶盛載,豆腐花滑溜溜的,入口清甜。食飽飽就想返家瞓覺,但老友話想相約下次再嚟食秘製麻油鷄湯,咁就下星期啦。
