今日訂咗位,去飲嗰個台式茶。我一直都好想再去呢間舖頭飲茶食點心,但係就的唔起心肝😂對上一次嚟食嘢,好多年前喇😅蝦餃係老式中式茶樓口味,細細隻( 懷舊size),一籠竟然有五隻😍蝦唔係成隻放落去,有啲豬肉,整體好juicy。菇菌素餃食嘅係刀工,裏面有其中我估有鮑魚菇,咬口比較爽脆硬,跟餃子裡的其他餡料有點對比。最出色嘅係豉汁欖角蒸魚雲,豆豉很落本,火候剛好,魚頭很工整,👉🏻沒有👈🏻弄得支離破碎😄薑米桂魚炒飯也非常好吃,油水夠,看下去很油但實際上不會過多油,味道也剛好,只是薑味略嫌不夠。鮮菇魚肚扎有點特別,原來鮮菇是草菇,魚肚扎是腐竹包魚肚,配的是蠔油汁底。台式小籠包沒有讓我失望,小籠包內有應該有的肉汁,包皮也薄,配的是我們最喜愛的黑醋💕蚵仔卷讓我們有點意外,沒有想過是春卷😂炸的非常脆口,可惜內裏比較鹹👉🏻👈🏻整體來說也是很滿意的一頓午餐👌🏻

因為限聚令,同事11人分了兩席,吃個家常便飯。菜式普普通通:老火湯,小炒王,蒸魚,炸子鷄,牛柳粒,冰梅豬肉。不見得有何台灣特色。全晚人不多,但服務都係一般。應該不會再幫襯了。

估唔到肉燥飯都只係$28一碗👍🏻大大碗好抵食,用返台灣米,肉燥味都夠,如果啲肉多返啲脂肪一啲會再好食啲😍

這一次試試這個茶樓式的台灣菜🇹🇼 除了台灣菜,你還可以點一般的點心,比如腸粉、蝦餃、紅棗糕、流沙包,也有台灣式的食物,比如三杯雞,擔仔麵、滷肉飯、台式小籠包🥟 味道整體很不錯,無論點心或者台灣菜味道也很可以,個人尤其喜歡三杯雞,鍋氣很足夠,味道惹味,熱辣辣跟朋友分享很開心;滷肉飯的滷肉肥瘦適中,調味剛好🥢非常推薦還有木桶豆花~(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) 完全是非常驚喜,比我在其他地方所吃的山水豆花還要好吃,很滑很滑,滿滿的豆香,滿分之作💯

🍜擔仔麵
❣️曾經喺度小月嗰度食擔仔麵,雖然出名,但係嗰一次真係大失所望,唔特別又冇乜味。但今次喺呢一間食嘅擔仔麵反而幾濃郁,麵條索晒肉汁嘅味,有驚喜!

🍬紅豆沙
❣️最後仲有碗紅豆沙作總結,同陳皮一齊熬,啲紅豆煮到沙沙地,傳統中式紅豆沙嘅味道。

另外仲嗌多左個❣️🍠秘製糖番薯$50❣️🐟鮮菇魚肚扎$38。
之前去台灣食過當地嘅糖番薯真係覺得好好味,除咗甜之外仲會多咗煙韌嘅口感。雖然呢一個未做到台灣嘅口感,但係甜甜地都幾好。
至於鮮菇魚肚扎就正常啦,用腐皮包住魚肚同埋鮮菇,雖然魚肚都幾軟綿綿,但比起一般嘅雞扎少啲料,口感味道冇咁豐富。

整體來講味道普通,但係都算幾抵食,每一樣份量都幾多,一家人嘅話都可以考慮呢一間食飯,比起平時一般嘅酒樓多少少花款。

今晚去街,忽然諗起好耐冇食中菜,朋友話呢間覺得幾好食,座得又舒服,就建議去呢度。宮廷蔥油脆皮雞,呢一道脆皮雞做得相當出色,皮脆肉嫩之外,還有淡淡煙燻香氣,襯熱吃時皮脆到真係好似食緊薯片一样,不错,用香料醃過後嘅雞,那個雞樣子皮脆肉嫩,油香強雞皮超脆如薯片一樣!瑤柱蛋白炒飯每次都喜歡點這炒飯,用蛋白和瑤柱一起炒,感覺較清新不膩,名貴又好味,美味又滿足,分明的飯粒配好香瑤柱吃得滿足蛋黃肉秘制真心幾好食,豬肉系半肥瘦的,食緊肉餅之餘會咬到爽脆的粒粒,口感幾得意味道又配合的幾好

人多食飯加上有小朋友,圓桌食中菜通常是媽媽們的選擇,第二次來到圓山,還是有點小驚喜晚飯時間人流不多。除了自選風味菜,另有主餐牌。泡椒鳳爪相當的辛辣,鳳爪的爽脆口感作為前菜相當適合。而且將鳳爪一開二,食得方便蛋黃小卷上菜賣相有特色,好似切開了的雞蛋略嫌份量太少,蛋黃味較淡,而且尤魚較硬身。豉油皇鮮雞是日最好味的菜式肉質非常嫩滑,豉油皇味鮮味十足不會太鹹!台式紅燒豆腐炸豆腐外皮薄,內裡豆腐保持滑嫩,調味適中。
