To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 容記小炒重開都冇食過,今次就去試試深水埗小炒皇秘製小菜嘅美味。-椎山杞子燉翅群($148)真材實料嘅燉湯,材料有瘦肉、雞腳、椎山、杞子、翅群等,材料嘅精華完全融入哂湯底,望落湯底清,但飲落卻非常鮮甜,仲可以將湯料夾出黎食添,翅群食落口感香滑,味道仲帶淡淡嘅鮮味。-招牌雞蛋焗魚腸($76)-之前冇食過魚腸,食落雞蛋口感好滑,火候控制得好好,魚腸食落味道冇乜腥味,味道帶少少內臟嘅味道,食落味道都將特別。容記鐵板原條茄子($86)-醬汁鋪滿成條茄子,鐵板嘅熱力將醬汁嘅味道逼入茄子當中,以為會好濃味,但食落味道卻淡淡,口感係好juicy,但唯一就希望味道會濃d。-洗衣機蒜香骨($98)-容記招牌菜,食落肉都幾嫩,蒜嘅香味醃得好入味,味道唔會太鹹,但相當有層次感,食左勁耐都唔想吐舊骨出黎😂。
