To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蝦身較大,蝦肉爽滑彈牙,蝦頭好多膏仲一啲都唔苦😍

🦞野生琵琶龍蝦
肉質同樣彈牙,味道最鮮甜😋殼嘅邊位都仲有少量嘅龍蝦肉,呢個位嘅肉海水味較重,估唔到同一隻琵琶蝦味道都咁有層次👍🏻

🦐印尼野生黃腳瀨尿蝦
黃腳瀨尿蝦肉質鮮甜嫩滑,膏身滑溜。大家食嘅時候唔好漏左前臂嘅肉,呢個部位嘅肉係最鮮甜實肉,但好多時因瀨尿蝦被捕捉時會反抗,導致只有單臂甚至無臂。

🐚八頭南非鮑魚
鮑魚頗大,厚肉爽身。通常係出面食鮑魚都要加入料味料,但呢度嘅鮑魚味道香濃,就咁食都好夠味。

🦪韓國斧山珍珠蠔
蒸完之後嘅蠔都唔會大縮水,蠔味新鮮唔腥,味道清甜帶少少海水味。

🐚紐西蘭刀貝蚌
乾淨無沙,蚌肉較大,海水味偏濃,唔使調味料都好夠味。

🐚大西洋野生青口
肉質嫩滑,海水味非常濃郁,同樣唔使加調味料。

🥬有機蔬菜籃
食到咁上下,食返啲菜消滯就最合適,蔬菜籃包括生菜、娃娃菜、粟米,解膩又清甜。

🥣粥底
精華所在,粥底以上海鮮嘅肉質於一身,只加上粟米、葱、菜脯,並無加入味精,再加上龍蝦頭一齊煲,所以呢個粥極鮮甜,仲會食到龍蝦膏同龍蝦肉呢🤭

🥥甜品
椰汁雪耳羹,椰汁香濃唔太甜,雪耳切成絲狀,細膩嫩滑,口感好似官燕🤭
