第二道係{映月},香檳魚子煎原隻鮑魚大連鮮鮑魚被香檳愛護過後份外清香迷人,而香檳泡沫更將黑魚子的鮮味發揮得淋漓盡致,軟淋的鮑魚點上少許七味粉就變得惹味無窮呀~

第三道菜{龍騰}亦到來,大廚用豉蒜來煮緬因州龍蝦尾的確惹味,質感爽彈而且並沒將龍蝦味蓋過,伴旁的露荀,什菌亦都煮得十分入味,好吃非常。
