To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一上到枱,橙黃色嘅蟹膏已經吸引住我眼球,下面仲有啲綠蟹膏,爆曬出嚟。蒸完之後橙色嘅會變硬膏,好似鹹蟹黃咁好香,半凝固狀嘅綠膏又好滑好鮮味。蟹肉又好扎實,好有蟹味。

🦞原隻澳洲龍蝦 (可選做刺身)
龍蝦可揀做刺身,但我地都鍾意食熟嘅龍蝦。肉質鮮甜扎實,口感爽口彈牙,一啖食落去真係好幸福。

-八頭南非鮑魚: 蒸得啱啱好,唔會韌,但又保持到口感。野生牡丹海老🦐: 好大隻,肉厚彈牙,好有蝦味,冇痴殼。聖子爽脆鮮甜,完全冇沙。元貝好大粒,鮮味十足。
