呢度啲嘢唔係唔好食,但沒有什麼令人驚喜的地方,份量也偏少,$85 凍蕃茄沙律得一小碗裝住一個細細哋嘅蕃茄,$36 一條燒蘆筍,$200 野生鰻魚都係薄薄四片等等。燒雞肝雞腎係全晚比較欣賞的,很原味而且保持到入面肉汁,喜歡吃內藏的必點。燒海膽都唔錯,但個人都係鍾意生食海膽多啲。講番個野生鰻魚,英文係 “wild eel",我本身以為係平日多數食開嘅 unagi (河鰻),但其實係 anago 即係所謂嘅穴子(海鰻),雖然都好食但相對薄好多同冇無咁豐富膠質,肉質係纖細軟綿而非實淨彈牙,與想像有很大落差。A5 和牛牛柳$220有6粒,係粉嫩多汁同夠牛味,但可能因為係牛柳部位所以冇乜油脂,感覺同食一般美國牛或澳洲牛冇乜分別。不過最失望係個時令土鍋飯,今次時令係蟹肉,但實際上蟹肉份量好少,只係呢度一條個度一條幼幼的,食落幾乎唔覺,也沒有什麼其他配料,好似只係食緊高湯煮出來的飯,絕對唔值$300。埋單$14xx,但感覺只是一般,總括而言性質比不高。
