呢度啲嘢唔係唔好食,但沒有什麼令人驚喜的地方,份量也偏少,$85 凍蕃茄沙律得一小碗裝住一個細細哋嘅蕃茄,$36 一條燒蘆筍,$200 野生鰻魚都係薄薄四片等等。燒雞肝雞腎係全晚比較欣賞的,很原味而且保持到入面肉汁,喜歡吃內藏的必點。燒海膽都唔錯,但個人都係鍾意生食海膽多啲。講番個野生鰻魚,英文係 “wild eel",我本身以為係平日多數食開嘅 unagi (河鰻),但其實係 anago 即係所謂嘅穴子(海鰻),雖然都好食但相對薄好多同冇無咁豐富膠質,肉質係纖細軟綿而非實淨彈牙,與想像有很大落差。A5 和牛牛柳$220有6粒,係粉嫩多汁同夠牛味,但可能因為係牛柳部位所以冇乜油脂,感覺同食一般美國牛或澳洲牛冇乜分別。不過最失望係個時令土鍋飯,今次時令係蟹肉,但實際上蟹肉份量好少,只係呢度一條個度一條幼幼的,食落幾乎唔覺,也沒有什麼其他配料,好似只係食緊高湯煮出來的飯,絕對唔值$300。埋單$14xx,但感覺只是一般,總括而言性質比不高。 continue reading

今日犀利呀黎到北角食咗一間高級嘢一間門面冇門牌望落似啲草屋同茅屋嘅裝修風格門口都冇餐牌又冇任何指示淨係見到寫住營業中嘅一間日式串燒食店名字叫:工川圍爐裹炭燒 Kousen Irori Sumiyaki枱面擺放啲好有格調日本式風格 但感覺好高級 嘢都唔級講咁大聲咁滯個裝修都好有格調中間一個爐旁邊都仲有四人枱嘅都坐係到個感覺都幾舒服不過大門一開 好凍呀因為呢幾日天氣都好凍餐牌價錢黎講 對我黎講都算高級嘢架喇 我就點咗個野生炭燒鰻魚飯一杯冰凍嘅水沙律前菜一個沙律幾開胃呀食完有隻蛋成套前菜 仲有碗湯面鼓湯幾好飲開胃重點黎喇我盒飯呀但盒都幾精美一個全木嘅木盒裝住我個飯鰻重  Natural  Unaju  Don $400野生鰻魚飯見介紹話佢係用備長炭黎燒嘅鰻魚賣相好靚 食落都非常之好食炭燒得黎佢唔會話好濃一口咬落啲鰻魚到 真係陣好香嘅炭燒味佢唔苦架喎陣炭燒味 好吸引個飯都好好味佢冇汁嘅 咁先試到最原始嘅味非常好食 但四百蚊對我黎講都幾貴但真係好食嘅 continue reading

公司附近開咗間無招牌嘅日本餐廳,由於外形太神祕,以為只招待vip. 唔係同事帶我來,我都唔知原來可以直接walk in.Lunch 有幾款set lunch任客人揀,我就揀咗烤牛肉。 非常好味,有前菜,配菜 - 類似南瓜溶,好岩我口味。另外我地有order 清酒。整個lunch 非常滿意,4個人2千幾埋單,最貴係清酒,其他set lunch 都係百兩蚊一個。 以味道,環境而言,抵食嘅。服務方面唔錯,會主動問客人岩唔岩食,作事後檢討。 continue reading

經過北角嘅內街,估唔到有一間日式爐端燒。門口無明顯嘅店名,但睇落似係日式鋪頭。入去睇睇 ,店中間係一個爐端燒位置 ,店鋪裝飾都幾好 ,就坐低試一試 。 牆身用瓦片推砌成,幾有特色。食具都好有日本特色。要咗一小杯紅酒,配日本燒物都幾好,又可以坐低睇住師傅燒烤。師傅每一個都好用心去燒及不時反啲串燒,亦會留意會唔會燒燶,真係好用心。首先係南瓜小食,因為臨近Halloween,裝飾咗一個南瓜頭幾得意,味道亦唔錯。服務員附上自製辣椒配料,唔算,都幾好味。燒物第一款係燒日本銀杏,燒到金黃色...配上燈光,好似一粒粒金元寶一樣。跟住係燒雞翼,燒得好均勻,味道亦啱啱好。豚肉串 ... 豚肉包住番茄仔,食起來亦都比較清新,唔會肥膩。燒茄子日本茄子,肥嘟嘟,好cute。雞肉串燒燒得亦都好靚好均勻 串燒豚肉波波,比較少見,肉質比較嫩滑。燒薄牛舌,上面加咗蔥花檸檬汁,好好味。 薄牛舌,師傅好快就要反了。日式炸蝦加個日式蒸蛋。炸蝦外貌有啲似越式,而下面加咗啲蘿蔔絲,可以格油,所以一啲都唔油。燒甜蕃薯都幾乾身,食起嚟好甜,日本番薯係唔同啲。師傅用心地燒又反。燒日式鰻魚,睇個樣已知好肥美,食落好美味。最後,亦都係一個焦點嘅燒牛肉切粒拌飯,加上日本甜豉油,超好味又暖粒粒。其實有啲似香港嘅煲仔飯。牛肉係用柴燒,燒到火光紅紅,又有風味。日式甜品,唔記得咗乜名堂,甜甜地,好似啫喱咁。 continue reading
