To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 清晨的太子華星冰室,人聲鼎沸,沙嗲牛肉一丁早餐,沙嗲醬夠濃,牛肉片厚薄適中,醃得入味,口感軟嫩不柴,帶微微焦香,可惜份量稍嫌吝嗇,僅五六片浮沉湯中。出前一丁煮得剛好,彈牙不爛,可惜湯底偏稀,辣度亦溫和,未夠「惹味」。 亮點在於隨餐的多士——多士烘得酥脆,牛油融化滲透,簡單卻滿足。奶茶茶底醇厚,甜度適中,確是水準之作。整體而言,沙嗲牛一丁未達驚艷,但配搭經典港式早餐組合,仍算穩陣合格之選,若路過可試。
