前一陣子,才跟朋友說起下一次茶聚或吃飯到中菜廳的地方,當中也有提及朗庭酒店的唐閣,它曾經選為全球最佳酒店食肆之一,今年也是米芝蓮一星店,這星期五晚,獲公關邀請前來飯聚,在私人貴賓房內,環境寧靜,享用晚膳也倍感舒適。另外,不得不讚賞是餐廳經理,還記得其中一位朋友於數月前曾來過吃飯,記性真的令人佩服。侍應先送來的醬汁,有辣椒醬、小青辣椒及素XO醬,另外每人也有一小碟XO醬,這個辣味恰好,期後伴上飯吃更添惹味。第一道菜的是砵酒焗美國蠔,蠔放在洸淨的白色蠔殼上,擺設花了一點心思,雖然它不算十分豐滿大隻,但味道也鮮。砵酒加熱後酒精會揮發走,剩下的糖份包著蠔身,炸後味道香甜,又帶微脆,也都不錯。黑露凝脂鮮蟹拑,$200,白蘿蔔片包捲著新鮮蟹拑,內裡還夾著黑松露片,松露味道不十分香濃。蟹肉質感頗為挺實,微鮮中也帶淡薄的松露幽香。與底下的豆腐間是夾著像用大菜糕來造的素翅,令口感層次更多。三蔥爆龍蝦,美食之最大賞 龍蝦組 至高榮譽金奬,每份價錢$690,而這裡是兩份份量。這得獎菜式以洋蔥、乾蔥及青蔥來炒龍蝦,蔥段未算十分惹味香口,但龍蝦肉也帶點爽彈及鮮甜。富貴鹽香雞,$390,把熱熟油淋上雞上炸至全熟,

富貴鹽香雞,$390,把熱熟油淋上雞上炸至全熟,皮帶香脆,肉不鮮十分嫩滑,但調味不錯,鹹香適中,只是油份較多,吃下比較油膩。

魚湯翠綠白玉竹笙,用了多種魚來熬製的魚湯,味道鮮甜而不腥,長長的竹笙捲著白蘿蔔,蘿蔔軟腍又多汁,味道香甜。

唐閣寶盒飯,$100,以特別訂造的蟹型器皿來載著炒飯,起初還以為真是焗蟹殼,賣相十分搶眼討好。飯加入了蝦肉、帶子、魚肉、菌粒及蛋來炒,再釀入蟹蓋內,以白汁及芝士鋪面後烤焗,表面焗得黃色的,與旁邊金色的蟹腳來得相襯。飯炒得乾身,香甜不膩,份量又不會太多,不怕吃得過飽。

最後還有鮮果拼盤,來點纖維幫助消化。再次謝謝邀請,有個愉快的星期五飯聚,會再來吃點心茶聚。
