經過門口,已經被其古色古香嘅裝潢吸引,餐廳格局相當有特色並具氣派「滷水灼鵝腸」自從食過好食嘅鵝腸後,我鍾意左呢道菜唔鍾意肥膩帶蘇味的我,呢個完全岩哂我❤️師傅去除哂所有肥膏脂肪,口感非常爽脆又入味配埋酸菜一齊食,味道更有層次,有雙重脆感‼️「川椒雞頸肉」呢道菜式極度惹味川椒味道帶動後勁嘅辣味🌶️正~~雞頸肉原來係有肉汁㗎肉質爽彈有口感❤️「黑米焗鮑魚」呢個反而有啲失色,鮑魚煮得韌左,同埋醬汁浸住鮑魚嘅份量都唔少,唔知究竟係當湯飲定真係醬汁如果當湯飲的話,味道好濃味又咸所以我淨係食咗鮑魚就放棄咗啲汁‼️至於黑米…無咩特別「勞泊蕃薯苗」用左豬油渣炒,令蕃薯苗特別香「肉碎蠔仔粥」

呢個反而有啲失色,
鮑魚煮得韌左,同埋醬汁浸住鮑魚嘅份量都唔少,
唔知究竟係當湯飲定真係醬汁

如果當湯飲的話,味道好濃味又咸

所以我淨係食咗鮑魚就放棄咗啲汁‼️
