通常去日本餐廳都係有一貫傳統嘅裝修,但呢間居酒屋係反傳統地採用現代風格嘅枱枱櫈櫈又mix咗啲傳統嘅裝修咁樣。例如相中嘅吧檯。不過野食就保留返傳統風味🤤🤤今次嗌咗好多小食,全部都好好食。例如📍雞皮以為普普通通但係又燒得香口脆口,口痕啱曬。不過佢燒到有個氣泡就有啲敗筆。📍另外蟹膏豆腐係一個相當吸引嘅擺盤。三嚿豆腐上面都有唔同顏色嘅魚子。而當蟹膏同豆腐一齊食,又鹹又清新咁樣幾夾。📍日本銀杏就外面甜甜地,內裡少少苦澀但清新。📍雞軟骨唔係淨係得骨,有少少肉地,成舊軟骨同埋肉喺口中可以過下口癮。📍粟米不過不失,可試可不試。📍厚切牛脷芯想特別講下。因為佢係厚切所以好大舊好抵食,而且都保留到佢本身林滑嘅質感。📍📍封門柳飯真係難得嘅一道菜。見個個食評都講佢,所以我都忍唔住嗌咗。只見佢鮮嫩嘅粉紅色就覺得好正好吸引,食落去感覺同佢外表一樣咁正,清甜得黎夠滑,濃味得黎唔油。
