啱啱喺日本返到嚟,仲好掛住日本嘅燒肉於是就同阿媽去咗旺角新開呢一間嘅日式燒肉店見到食評網站好多人推介於是同阿媽去食好彩早到食到中途已經大排長龍稀有部份拼盤見到餐廳價錢比日本會貴少少,於是有一個嘗試下嘅心態,牛肉眼蓋,和牛三角位,牛肋骨燒肉最緊要係個爐溫,通常和牛我會一邊燒佢1分鐘,令一邊焼佢5至6秒,咁就食得,入邊仲有勁多肉汁超juicy 另外喺網上面見到人成日食和牛三文治,我都叫咗一份,黃牛質素其實麻麻,但係個份量搭救每塊黃牛都好厚身,加上麵包有烘過,回答咬落去都係肉的質感,好爽最後驚阿媽唔夠飽,叫咗個吞拿魚丼入邊有赤身中拖同大拖,如有咪好囉夠肥美,中間仲加咗啲吞拿魚茸帶有油香,而且飯粒亦都值得一讚每粒飯都夠晒煙韌

稀有部份拼盤
見到餐廳價錢比日本會貴少少,於是有一個嘗試下嘅心態,牛肉眼蓋,和牛三角位,牛肋骨

另外喺網上面見到人成日食和牛三文治,我都叫咗一份,黃牛質素其實麻麻,但係個份量搭救每塊黃牛都好厚身,加上麵包有烘過,回答咬落去都係肉的質感,好爽

最後驚阿媽唔夠飽,叫咗個吞拿魚丼
入邊有赤身中拖同大拖,如有咪好囉夠肥美,中間仲加咗啲吞拿魚茸帶有油香,而且飯粒亦都值得一讚每粒飯都夠晒煙韌
