今日係旺角新世紀睇完戲,又唔想行咁遠食晚飯,所以就近近哋選擇係商場搞掂,Outback,URBAN,Greyhound 食到有啲悶,所以就幫襯丸十あぶり牧場,睇返上次食原來已經係一年前既事,咁就更加要試下啲水準有無差到。今次無食燒烤,因為覺得好多地方都有得食,加上朋友對燒烤麻麻地,所以最後叫咗幾款食物。烤和牛黑松露溫泉蛋沙律 ($98) : 自己本身對沙律呢樣菜式麻麻地,因為覺得唔多抵食得啲菜,不過朋友推介呢個沙律話成日都賣唒,所以就姑且試一試。沙律上枱後,我決定以後黎到呢度食都一定要叫呢個沙律 😝 價錢合理之剩,食材又多又新鮮,有粟米、生菜、和牛、溫泉蛋、車厘茄等等,再配上黑松露,而且味道唔會淨係得個酸字,加上啲和牛真係超級正,唔怪得成日都賣唒。自家製明太子玉子燒 ($78) : 呢個有啲揾笨,睇返其他 Blogger 係十月食果時,呢款玉子燒都係賣梗 $58 蚊,依家賣成 $78 蚊,每款玉子各加 $20 蚊,加成 $20 蚊會唔會進取咗少少呢,食水深到一個點 😤 不過又真係好好食既 😣 玉子甜甜地之剩又大件又嫩滑,而且中間啲明太子又咸咸地,真係正到不得了。極上牛柳三文治 ($158) : 無睇清楚以為係和牛三文治,食落唔多似再睇下餐牌先知原來係牛柳嚟 😝 不過味道都唔錯,麵包幾脆口,牛柳啖啖肉,如果係和牛既話就更正喇。半熟玉子慢烤西冷丼 ($188) : 圖片賣相好吸引,可惜實物差少少,似個罐頭多過似富士山 😆 味道唔錯,牛肉份量亦多,可惜有點美中不足既係啲飯係暖既 🙁 如果係熱辣辣既話就無得頂。 continue reading

朋友最愛牛,他生日,選擇了一間有高級牛的餐廳~餐牌一共有3本,一本係熟食,一本係set,最後一本就係燒肉,點了燒肉,店員會很醒目地準備即棄圍裙~其實食物除咗味道,賣相都好重要,餐牌見到呢座富士山已經覺得好吸引,非常之打卡able~仲有呢隻牛呀~每個部位都有2片,簡直是為了二人飯局而設~極上純種和牛拼盤($580)~牛,調味料用鹽同黑椒已經好足夠,但當然餐廳亦細心地配備燒肉汁及檸檬汁來迎合不同顧客的需要,拼盤的好處是可以品嚐到不同部位的特式,有的帶有口感,有的較重牛味,脂肪比例亦大不同,當然燒烤時間亦相對地有影響,時間控制亦很重要~丸十豚肉丼_左($108)~用得招牌「丸十」命名一定唔會差,豚肉燒到夠哂香口,空氣飄散住油脂香,採用厚切極具咬口,真的不容錯過!日出富士丼_右($188)~為保持造型震撼,飯量多且厚實,而包裹著山既牛肉片都係非常大塊,由雙色醬汁突顯出層次感,將頂層既溫泉蛋劃開,蛋汁緩緩流下並與醬汁結合,呈現出不同的美,口味方面更為獨特,濃厚醬汁帶有微酸,令人開胃,真的難以形容。 continue reading
