近來來自日本嘅燒吉列牛大受歡迎,香港亦有幾間特別岀名嘅吉列牛,有朋友就話呢間係食過最好食嘅,所以今日專程去太子試下。一星期前book左位,入座就好方便啦。首先當然要叫個吉列牛啦,我地選擇嘅係安格斯牛。琥酌岀名嘅係和牛,所以我地都叫左和牛嘅菜式,分別有吉列和牛薯餅,同和牛涮涮鍋。最後叫左一個冷嘅蕎麥麵。先上嘅係前菜,有蘿蔔同牛肉,全部都入味,牛肉更係十分嫩滑。吉列安格斯牛,份量剛好夠兩人食,本身炸到大約一成熟,自己可以根據個人喜好燒返幾成熟。牛肉入口香濃重牛肉,絕對唔係普通貨色,表面炸過嘅外皮更添口感。醬料有三種,我地就最愛有蒜蓉嘅醬汁,配燒肉一流!吉列和牛薯餅,裏面有一粒粒和牛粒,同薯仔嘅比例剛好,新鮮炸起,香脆可口!和牛涮涮鍋,食材新鮮且多,蛋,蔬菜,菇類同主角和牛,呢幾塊和牛絕對有驚喜,清淡嘅湯底令我地食到和牛嘅鮮味,而且真正入口即融,正!冷蕎麥麵作結,蕎麥麵煮得剛好,彈牙有口感,溫度亦適宜,浸落醬汁食清新無比,一洗油膩。
