因為老爸朋友介紹就去試新餐廳啦去到是大概2點,肯搭枱就唔洗排隊,搭就搭啦當然要試例牌燒鵝! 雖然有d油膩同肥,但畢竟不是走脆皮路線的,肉也不鞋口,以148來說,CP值算高啦~叉燒酥同雪山叉燒包就食得出呢間餐廳的長處不在包點,酥皮也不是做得很好,油油的 記得要多喝茶蝦餃就不過不失,皮不算厚,涵的味道也剛好鵝肝鹹水角 夠熱 剛出爐,食唔出鵝肝味,但以鹹水角來說,新鮮滾熱辣,最有驚喜的係XO醬煎腸粉,同干炒牛河,首先 腸粉係用鐵兜上,一路keep住超熱,到最後仲有小小脆口添絕對係surprise ah 干炒牛河就雖然都算油 但炒得好乾身
