To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

味道唔錯，但份量好飄忽嘅一間店

因為喺灣仔返工，所以已經嚟過呢間好多次。而我哋每次揀呢間嘅原因，係因為覺得佢嘅食物唔錯，又多嘢揀，而且$100左右就可以有埋惱火靚湯同糖水，灣仔區來講其實都算幾抵！但係最近幾次去食嘅時候我對都覺得分量好似比以前少左，有即時同店員反映，但係佢哋堅持話冇小到，咁我哋有冇影前後對比又真係好難比較。因為同啲同事都鍾意食辣，而對上一次嚟嘅時候我哋去到先至叫呢個水煮牛，我哋都覺得唔夠辣同埋唔夠入味，店員提議我哋下次定位嘅時候已經可以訂埋個水煮牛先，等佢哋可以早啲準備。今次我哋就預先訂咗呢個水煮牛，但係如果睇返以前啲相，佢係明顯細碟咗的，同埋佢唔同其他水煮牛，質地比較「傑」身，但係就好夠辣。另一個我哋每次都會叫嘅係賽螃蟹，蟹肉都算多，但係個重點一定係蛋白同埋蟹上面嘅嗰一隻雞蛋！呢碟豆腐就係細碟到我哋即刻同店員反映嘅小菜～燒男仔大概$100有12粒，都算係正常份量，只係望落好似好少咁呢個黃金鮮油真係好好好好好好好好食香口野永遠冇得輸呢段關係男同事點，最後都食唔晒，可能我哋叫得太多肉呢碟菜好清甜，唔錯睇返啲相，其實碟水煮牛真係唔應該叫水煮牛，叫辣牛肉🙄🙄🙄
