放工後與友人們黎到天后這間御名軒酒樓晚飯聚,之前在網上看到評價唔錯,所以就黎試下。望望餐牌,其實好多都想試,所以就選左以下幾款。花膠瑤柱羹 $58/位裡頭食到一絲絲瑤柱和花膠,感覺好足料,加埋紅醋味道更提升了。燒味拼盤一碟包括五款冷盤、包括油雞、薰蹄、叉燒、海哲和煙鴨胸。至喜歡食叉燒,肉質鬆化且蜜味重;海哲咬落爽口也是不錯,另外三款味道都唔差,叫一個拼盤可以試均五種食物,這組合確實不錯。茄汁海虎蝦 大虎蝦蝦肉咬落夠爽彈,配埋酸酸甜甜的茄汁,十分開胃。蒜茸粉絲蒸大元貝 ($98/4隻)每隻大元貝都放上蒜茸、粉絲和蔥花一齊蒸,食落相當惹味,而且元貝入口啖啖肉,尚算鮮味。飯後甜品楊枝金露,入面有西米、柚子肉和芒果,味道清甜,還不錯。
