🇭🇰 Hong KongAverage expense pp: HKD$ 300-350+📍Address: 食神麗宮, Sai Ying Pun餐廳原來係大有來頭,有香港四大名廚之一,戴師傅更加係負責策劃周星馳鼎鼎大名嘅電影🎬《食神》,呢部電影簡直係童年回憶,百看不厭。第一到必食推介特醬燒乳鴿,$38一隻非常抵食,乳鴿皮笑得非常香脆,原隻乳鴿上枱,保留肉質多汁嫩滑,落單新鮮炸好,食嘅時候仲係熱辣辣。第二推介生曬吊片炒粉絲,吊片其實真係魷魚,曬乾嘅魷魚更加濃味,粉絲乾身,唔似一般酒樓鍋底會有好多油。魔幻汁煎蓮藕肉餅,蓮藕同豬肉比例幾好,入口好有口感。魚香茄子🍆,越簡單嘅餸越難做得好,呢道菜令我叫多碗飯食。山楂汁咕嚕肉,菠蘿酸甜開胃,咕嚕肉炸得好香脆,都幾唔錯!食到尾聲,估唔到竟然有芝麻糊送,食完甜品心情特別好
