Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣凍凍地,忽然想食d熱辣辣嘅點心,咁啱又經過澳海城二期呢間點心專門店,平日非繁忙時間多數唔駛等位。見到張點心紙價錢都好大眾化,點心款式都唔少,4蚊一位茶(仲有3種茶款比你揀),又唔駛加一,於是我叫咗至愛嘅酥皮焗叉燒飽、香煎蘿蔔糕及蠔皇鮮竹卷。外脆內暖嘅酥皮焗叉燒飽每次飲茶都不可缺少!甜甜的外皮加埋入面叉燒同醬汁味道十分夾呀!呢碟香煎蘿蔔糕見到都好吸睛,熱辣辣香噴噴配上碟辣椒醬,蘿蔔糕煎到金黃色同好軟滑,入面仲有不少臘味!十分野味!最後碟蠔皇鮮竹卷個蠔汁做得很好唔會(太杰)漿住我個嘴!裏面豬肉一d都唔肥呀!味道很好!很滿足!

外脆內暖嘅酥皮焗叉燒飽每次飲茶都不可缺少!甜甜的外皮加埋入面叉燒同醬汁味道十分夾呀!

呢碟香煎蘿蔔糕見到都好吸睛,熱辣辣香噴噴配上碟辣椒醬,蘿蔔糕煎到金黃色同好軟滑,入面仲有不少臘味!十分野味!

最後碟蠔皇鮮竹卷個蠔汁做得很好唔會(太杰)漿住我個嘴!裏面豬肉一d都唔肥呀!味道很好!很滿足!
