呢個lunch set嘅appetizer同dessert都係以buffet形式, 配上主菜同餐飲, 好豐富喎~

::: Amuse Bouche :::
法國菜中常會出現於appetizer之前的Amuse Bouche呢度都有, 仲有兩款, 都係以中式湯匙盛載, 分別有一個三文魚茸同埋帶子. 魚茸簡簡單單但味道清香, 帶子則估唔到地有鮮味, 個汁亦幾得意!

::: Appetizer :::
Appetizer有好多種, 沙律菜新鮮爽脆, 煙三文魚凍肉火腿款式亦不少. 麵包雖然唔係熱辣出爐嗰隻但都算合格, 仲有cheese加水餅比你可以嘆下酒過下口癮添. 不過同場最驚喜係竟然有新鮮生蠔同龍蝦凍蟹等冷盤, 有d意外~! 生蠔種類都有3款, 包括South Bay, White Pearl同Coffin Bay, 雖然都係普遍食到嘅, 但係呢3款都已經十分不錯, 入口鮮甜味又唔腥~ 龍蝦係凍食, 肉質有少少實質地比較濕, 似係未解夠凍, 鮮味一般. 其他凍食如凍蟹、青口、蜆咁都係普通貨色.

::: Mouclade :::
即係Creamed steamed mussels with curry scent, lard and croutons, 蒸煮藍貝配上煙肉同麵包粒, 最特別係佢個汁用上咖哩汁, 好fusion~ 先睇下個藍貝, size比較大隻似青口, 所以入口質感就冇細細隻咁爽口, 好在本身味道鮮, 加埋個咖哩汁都幾惹味~ 要講下個咖哩汁, 唔算係重口味好辣嗰隻, 淡淡嘅咖哩香唔會搶咗藍貝味, creamy得嚟索汁度又夠~ 配煙肉同麵包粒亦係一個好好嘅配撘~

因為我地對魚同豬都不感興趣, 所以另一個main 就叫咗蟹肉意粉~ 呢個意粉比較普通, 淋淋地唔夠al dante. 醬汁係由酒加洋蔥整成, 但味道唔算突出, 襯托唔起個意粉. 另蟹肉都唔係話好鮮, 配醬汁亦帶唔出個味道.

::: cheese and dessert :::
甜品都係喺出面嘅buffet枱度攞, 款式都唔少, 啱晒呀菲可以攞晒番嚟每樣淺嚐~ homemade雪糕有大路味道如雲尼拿、咖啡咁, 味道相當濃郁~ 好正! 其他如brownie、chocolate mousse、cream tart等等都只係一般, 個creme brulee叫做好d~ 特別嘅係芝士, 係一大舊芝士烘住咁, 可以自己切落嚟, 半熔半燶芝士加上配料例如薯仔、提子、酸瓜, 半熔芝士入口好香濃, 好thick, 加上少少燶仲添惹味, 個人覺得配酸瓜好好食, 個酸味好夾芝士味, 配薯仔就略為膩咗d.

::: drink :::
飲品要了一杯凍檸茶同凍latte, 其實唔算特別好飲, 但可以喺如此寫意環境下飲乜都加添一份舒暢感, 望住個日落景簡直一流~

食完個late lunch欣賞埋個日落都已經7點, 我地由人地lunch time食到dinner time, 從繁忙工作中利用假期悠閒一下, 亦都好好預備我地增加家庭成員嘅熱鬧, 下一篇食評不再是2人努力, 而是2+1 lu~
