To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日親愛的師姐要送紅炸彈給我們,當然要出來聚聚收炸彈啦!今日我們就選了去大都烤鴨收炸彈啦~遲到的小妹,到達的時候,師姐們已點好菜,小妹只要乖乖等食就好了~食油膩的東西前,先吃點清爽的打打底~ 點了一碟炒四蔬,清爽美味~烤北京填鴨(半隻) ,人少少,又是午餐,點半隻就好了~熱乎乎的荷葉皮以隔油紙分隔著,這個做法非常貼心,可以防止餅皮弄穿,讚!傳統的店子會提供京蔥跟青瓜用作包片皮鴨用,但小店更提供了哈蜜瓜跟紫蘿蔔絲,頗特別的~跟片皮鴨同食,也頗消膩的~每一片鴨皮都切得四四方方的,很工整!皮很薄,脂肪層已被片去,吃起來較為乾身,脂香亦欠奉~ 鴨肉頗鬆化的,不過較為乾身,羶香也欠奉,略為失色~鴨鬆鴛鴦湯飯,一大窩的,湯頭頗甜美,鴨肉也有不少,有別於別的泡飯,店子除了用白米外,也了炸過的白米,令成品更為香口惹味~蘿蔔絲酥餅一碟三件,酥皮鬆化,蘿蔔甜美,組合起來也不錯~鴨肉末麥包,熱烘烘的麥包中間挖了空,用鹹香的鴨肉末填上,一口咬下,滿足萬分~食過鹹點,總覺不是太滿足,所以又點了些甜點試試看~碗豆黃聽就聽得多,吃還是第一次~ 以紅色的點心籠盛著,賣相不錯~碗豆黃的上層是紅豆糕,粉稔甜蜜,下層是綠豆

食過鹹點,總覺不是太滿足,所以又點了些甜點試試看~

碗豆黃聽就聽得多,吃還是第一次~ 以紅色的點心籠盛著,賣相不錯~碗豆黃的上層是紅豆糕,粉稔甜蜜,下層是綠豆蓉,粉稔但有欠綿密細膩,從前的宮廷點心做成這樣的質素,真的有點兒負了這名字呀~

小鴨酥以小籠盛著,造型可愛,但賣相真的不太像小鴨呀!酥皮不太酥化,反有點死實實的,內裡是奶黃餡,又是不夠綿密,吸引度一般~

小店的鹹點水準一般,甜點更是令人失望~ 雖以烤鴨作店名,單以北京烤鴨來說,就有幾間店子做得比它好,有點兒名過於實呀~
