To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺香港名噪一時嘅添好運, 係各大旅遊書推薦香港必到嘅餐廳 ,身為香港人嘅我,冇特別去幫襯過。直到今日送朋友機,經過香港站,竟然見到一間分店,朋友有啲肚餓,就去幫襯下啦!酥皮焗叉燒包 ~出名既其中一個點心, 的確係外脆內軟,而且一涵係爆多, 叉燒包裏面嘅叉燒,竟然係有咬口嘅!!!唔似得一般坊間嘅涵,係一pat pat!! 呢個的確係好食!!!章魚馬蹄肉餅飯~ 睇Menu見到有馬蹄,以為佢會有爽口嘅感覺 ,但上面嘅肉餅確係非常之唔討好,亦都無將食材本身嘅味道好好發揮出嚟, 反而豉油蓋過哂食材應有嘅鮮味。鳳爪排骨飯~ 呢個就一般冇咩特別,但餸菜算係量多嘅。

酥皮焗叉燒包 ~出名既其中一個點心, 的確係外脆內軟,而且一涵係爆多, 叉燒包裏面嘅叉燒,竟然係有咬口嘅!!!唔似得一般坊間嘅涵,係一pat pat!! 呢個的確係好食!!!

章魚馬蹄肉餅飯~ 睇Menu見到有馬蹄,以為佢會有爽口嘅感覺 ,但上面嘅肉餅確係非常之唔討好,亦都無將食材本身嘅味道好好發揮出嚟, 反而豉油蓋過哂食材應有嘅鮮味。
