To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早幾日放假去咗華星食下午茶,因為好又人都推介常餐,就姑且叫黎試下。首先講個通粉,個湯超重味精味,啲通粉食落好粉,口感有啲怪,唔知係邊度返嘅貨🤢個幾塊火腿就正常嘅,不過不失啦。跟住就黎到我最期待嘅炒蛋,因為華星最出名就係炒蛋。點知,我竟然食到蛋殼,仲要都幾大塊下,真係好無奈。蛋係滑嘅,但味道有啲淡,似係加咗水去整👎🏻塊薄多士都係中上水準,個皮係夠脆☺️總括黎講,街邊茶餐廳水準比佢還好,仲要平啲😞
