To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚親戚嚟自澳洲住喺太子附近啲酒店。 坐咁耐飛機梗係冇咩好食啦。 就帶佢哋去搵嘢食， 行過見到呢間容記就入咗去試下啦。 我都係第一次去 。宵夜小炒唔錯。幾好味。我地8個人叫咗一鍋菜幹豬肺湯，椒絲味菜鵝腸，半隻燒鵝，魚香 茄子煲 ， 椒鹽九肚魚， 南乳羅漢齋煲， 豉椒炒蜆仲有碟菜 。 碟碟餸都炒得好有鑊氣 。 出餐都幾快 。$1000有找，價錢合理。 因為我哋九 點後入席一律八折。 坐得舒服環境乾淨。 啲侍應係咁sell你食海鮮。會在去食。
