To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 被老公捉左出去的一頓晚飯. 佢既出發點, 我當然明白 ... 說回食物 :燻魚 hk$95 味道不錯, 不會太乾, 但略微冷凍了一些. 知道這是前菜冷盤, 但不應太過凍呢.翡翠肉帶子 hk$198帶子頗為爽口, 不過略微油了一些.干燒黃魚 hk$188下單時, 侍應先生溫馨提示此道菜餚輕微帶辣. 上枱時, 嚇一跳跟其名並不一樣. 黃魚浸在油淋淋的辣油上, 看到也有些倒胃.吃下, 真的有些辣, 但完全吃不到魚味, 再且魚肉有些霉 ...蒸銀絲卷 hk$16實在太鬆散了, 沒有一絲絲的層次, 亦不夠熱.後記 :1/ 小小的份量, 而價錢又比一般的昂貴, 真的很不值.2/ 雖說有豪華的裝潢, 但統一白色的上菜碟子竟然有些崩裂 !3/ 服務態度散漫, 不注心. 叫了他們數次才有反應.4/ 唯一慶幸有信用卡優惠才不會那麼肉痛, 不然真的後悔莫及 !!

1/ 小小的份量, 而價錢又比一般的昂貴, 真的很不值.

2/ 雖說有豪華的裝潢, 但統一白色的上菜碟子竟然有些崩裂 !

3/ 服務態度散漫, 不注心. 叫了他們數次才有反應.

4/ 唯一慶幸有信用卡優惠才不會那麼肉痛, 不然真的後悔莫及 !!
