To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch時間人多都預左,其實食野最緊要都係食物。題外話,呢度係某電訊飯堂,所以人多真係一定要等位。叫左個春卷撈檬,賣相無特別,只係春卷勁細,只有4粒;收52蚊唔連野飲就有啲貴。春卷,炸過龍,好硬。最大問題係啲餐具,好大漂白水味!檬粉份量唔多,我就唔太夠。同事食越式牛肉飯,其實係干粉牛河咁,唔知點越式。野飲,正常囉!熱檸水會有啲咩問題?但係,又好勁漂白水味!好老實,真係唔會再幫襯。又,期間有啲著住「南北小館」既人行來行去,睇黎又係同一店分兩間。
